This jump is called spread eagle. its just like a jumping jack in the air.

Toe-touch

This jump is called a toe-touch. you pull your legs to the side and try to touch them or do what the girl is doing.

Tuck Jump

This jump is called tuck jump. You pull your knees to your chest and make a high v with your hands.
